All users should create their own account on the app using correct and accurate information.

Soqia is entitled to cancel or suspend the account in the event of a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions or to provide misleading or false information.
The application shall not be used for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Water Donation Services
The app allows users to donate water for mosques, orphanages, and other eligible organizations.
Voluntary contributions are directed to eligible beneficiaries based on need and in accordance with clear and specific mechanisms.
The app keeps accurate records of all donations to ensure transparency and credibility.
The application undertakes to deliver donations in a safe and sound manner to the beneficiaries.
Once the donation has been completed, the user cannot request a refund.

Water Delivery Service
The app provides users with the possibility to order water delivery for their homes or other locations identified within the app.
The user must accurately specify the required quantity and location to avoid any delays or errors in delivery.
The delivery cost is calculated based on the geographical area and the quantity required, and the cost is presented to the user before the order is confirmed.
The application has the right to adjust delivery prices based on market factors or operational changes, notifying users of changes.
The user is responsible for receiving orders on the specified site.

Responsibilities
The application of "Soqia" is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of orders due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters.
The application is not liable for any damages that may arise as a result of the misuse of the application or the services provided.
The user is fully responsible for entering correct and accurate data while using the app.
The application does not guarantee the availability of products or services at all times and may suspend or cancel orders where necessary.
